at a fair price. If you order a product or custom item, we will deliver what you pay for on time, unless something unusual
happens. If you receive a product that is damaged, or you discover damage or defect within 10 days of your purchase, return it to us,
and at your request we will repair, replace, or exchange it, or refund your purchase price. We do not cover loss once an
item has been delivered, but may be able to create a similar item for you for 10% less than the current retail price. If
an item gets broken and you return it to us, we may be able to repair it for our cost plus shipping, or at your request, make
a similar item for retail less 10% plus shipping.
