Your privacy is as important to us as we like ours to be. We use customer's names, addresses, and phone numbers only
so we can contact them with business related matters. We do not sell or share any of your personnal information.
Policies
We intend to provide top quality products to our customers at a fair price. If you order a product or custom item, we
will deliver what you pay for on time, unless something unusual happens. If you receive a product that is damaged, or you
discover damage or defect within 10 days of your purchase, return it to us, and at your request we will repair, replace, or
exchange it, or refund your purchase price. We do not cover loss once an item has been delivered, but may be able to create
a similar item for you for 10% less than the current retail price. If an item gets broken and you return it to us, we may
be able to repair it for our cost plus shipping, or at your request, make a similar item for retail less 10% plus shipping.
Regarding payments when the sale is not face to face. We can take credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express) over the phone for sales greater than $20.00 plus shipping. We will accept checks and ship as quickly as possible
if we have to wait for the check to clear. Special and Custom Orders are to be paid when ordered. In certain cases, a 50%
payment with the balance due when the item is ready to be shipped can be arranged. Special or Custom Orders that you do not
want and cannot be fixed to your satisfaction can be returned to us for an 80% refund of your purchase price. We do not ship
items that have not been paid for. If you put an item on lay away at a non refundable 25% of the purchase price, we will
hold it for you for 6 months to complete payment. After that the item will be returned to inventory at current retail price.
